Justine guides you through an energizing vinyasa flow. You'll deepen and lengthen with Crow Pose and Warrior 3, taking a nice twist along the way to tone the legs. Then cool down with a generous floor sequence and sunlit savasana.

 

About Justine

Justine Thorner grew up as an athlete, playing collegiate lacrosse, and advancing her career further to playing and winning a national championship in England.  As an athlete, she learned to treat and respect her body as an instrument, but at the same time pushed her body to its limits, and often faced injury and pain. Yoga helped her heal, and find clarity and harmony between her body and mind. Justine is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through the yoga alliance as a graduate of the Conquering Lion Yoga school of Kelly Morris, which combines the vinyasa style of yoga with Tibetan Buddhism and Andean traditions.
